Flower & Song Blessing~ Xochitl in Cuicatl.

Xochitl in Cuicatl, the Flower and Song Ceremony, is a sacred ritual that intertwines the beauty of nature with the power of music and prayer.

In this ceremony, we bring beautiful flowers and aromatic herbs to craft flower wands, infused with prayers, medicine songs and created in the light of candles and the scent of burning incense. Each participant, whether individually or in couples, is blessed with the divine energy of the flowers through these wands. This ritual caresses the soul, reminding us of the love we receive from Mother Nature, as we are enveloped by the soft petals and fragrant perfumes.

It is a beautiful ritual for all of life’s moments—rebirths, celebrations, and milestones—especially weddings, baby blessings, and anniversaries. Carefully prepared and passed down through generations within the Mexica lineage, this ceremony connects us to ancient traditions of love, reverence, and the healing power of nature.

Temazcal, sweatlodge prayer.

Harnessing the energy of the four elements, the sweat lodge is a traditional purification ceremony, a sacred steam bath guided by chants, prayers, and herbal smudging medicines.

It offers a deep cleanse for the mind, body, and spirit within the womb of Mother Earth, reconnecting us to the origin of lifeAtlachinoli, the union of water and fire.

The sweat lodge is one of the pillars of our health and balance. We enter the lodge several times a month to keep our bodies strong and free of toxins.

In the Temazcal, we set an intention to rebirth ourselves into a lighter, renewed version. The ceremony consists of four rounds, during which hot stones, the "grandmothers," are reverently brought into the lodge through the door. In each round, we hold a unique intention and prayer to guide us through this beautiful, ancestral rebirthing process. Water is poured on the stones to create the purifying steam.

Her unique voice serves as a powerful tool for transformation, carrying the songs of her ancestors and the teachings of the plants.
